Mike Clemens, Director & Founder first gained insight into the cleaning industry as a young self-employed window cleaner, travelling from site to site, training in health & safety procedures and meeting clients. It’s from this hands-on experience that Mike understood the importance of building relationships, tailoring each service to suit the client’s needs and essentially, for all of the team to have a ‘can-do’ attitude.
This fundamental understanding forms a key part of the company’s success to date as we work hard to recruit the right people for each job and continually invest in the BICSc training scheme to ensure our employees deliver each service to a first-class standard, whilst being reliable and friendly additions to our clients premises.
